Three minutes of extreme cold, a therapist in the room, then you get on with your day. This is the treatment CryoClinic is built around.
Book a cryo sessionYou change into the kit we give you — gloves, socks, and protection for your extremities. A therapist walks you through the chamber. The air is cryogenic, typically well below −100°C, and the session itself is short: usually two to three minutes.
It is dry cold, not an ice bath. You can step out at any point. Afterwards most people feel a warm flush as circulation picks back up. There is no downtime and no appointment that eats a lunch hour.
People use it between sessions when muscles are sore and they still have to train or work the next day.
Clients come in for a short cold exposure when inflammation and stiffness are getting in the way. It is a comfort tool, not a diagnosis.
Some regulars book it the way other people book a sauna: a brief, supervised shock to the system, then back out the door.
Cryotherapy is not suitable for everyone, including during pregnancy and with some cold-related or cardiovascular conditions. If you are unsure, say so when you call — we would rather turn a session down than guess.
Typically 2 to 3 minutes. A trained therapist stays with you and sorts the protective gear before you go in.
Colder than an ice bath, but dry, and over quickly. Most people describe a sharp chill, then warmth afterwards. Your first visit starts with a short health check.
People book it for muscle soreness, recovery between training, and a short reset. It is not a medical treatment and it is not right for everyone. We screen you first.
